Front raise for SHOULDERS Using Dumbell


The lifter stands upright, avoiding the arms about shoulder width, raising the shoulders as high as possible, and then lowering them, while not bending the elbows or moving the body minimally. With active flexibility in hot water the lifter does not have as much movement as a very traditional slide. If the slope of the shoulders is horizontal at high altitude, it is sometimes considered as privacy.

  • Sit on the clientboard, bend your knees slightly, your buttocks, arms forward and palms facing back.
  • Until the square shape of your hands is parallel to the floor, you push the handlebar forward, moving the handle, allowing you to pause for a while and reverse.
  • Bring your arms out completely (or keep a small bend in your elbow).
