  • Bend your knees, place your feet on the clipboard, and hold the handle with your hands, arms extended and parallel to your thighs.
  • Press your shoulders and roll your shoulder blades off the glideboard as you extend your arms and lower yourself down after a short pause.
  • To avoid pulling the neck with your hands, look straight up instead of looking at your knees.
