    • Sit at the top end of the cliff board with the handle above your knees, arms outstretched, palms facing down, and ankle-attached suction wing attachment.

    • Move the handlebars upward, pushing the handle forward toward your shoulders, while at the same time allow your feet to curl and push you backwards while pausing for a while.

  • Keep your back straight.
